Does anyone know if it is possible to get a marriage licence over the internet? And if they would post it to the UK? Im just worried about having enough time when im in orlando to go and get it?

Different Florida counties have some different rules but this should help you

I'm about 200 miles west of Orlando so we just got ours in our home county. It only took about an hour but since we're FL residents and didn't do the pre-marriage counseling we had a 3-day waiting period, out of state (and I assume out of country) folks won't have that waiting period.

Apparently there is a company called "A Wedding For You" that will get your marriage license for you and send it out to you. I think that the cost is $115 US, plus $25 for international shipping. A quick google search should locate the company for you, but if you can't find it, call DFTW and they'll give you the contact info.

We're in Canada and planning on doing our marriage license by mail. You can only order the marriage license 90 days in advance of the ceremony, if I recall.

If you have the time during your trip in Orlando, you can pick it up at the courthouse!
non-florida residents don't have the 3-day waiting period. once you fill out the paper work it's valid! The process takes less than 30 min if there's not a long waiting line.
