HI. I have sent for my marriage license by mail through Brevard Co., i sent them the application, then they sent me the forms to get notorized, i sent that back to them w/ the payment, and they just now sent me back one of those forms that says state of Florida Marrriage Record with the application to marry section at the top and then ours and the notoary's signature in the middle, with Scott Ellis's signature under that and then in the lower section it says certificate to marry which still has all that sections info to fill out, like date of marriage, signature of person performing ceremony, signature of witness, and lastlly at the bottom of the page is info below used by vital statistics only which has our SS #'s, race, etc.

My question is... is this paper what i bring to my officiant on the day we get married? So at this point all i need to do is just bring this document? then my officiant fills it out and gives it back to Brevard Co, is this correct?
There was no cover letter, which would've answered my question, other than this form i described, they sent me a reciept kind of page with our name, transaction info, payment summary, 1 recorded item which says record pending, 0 searched items, 2 miscellaneous items.

Thanks a bunch!

That paperwork is all that you need. Your officiant will sign that paper and they usually take care of it from there. Being a notary in Maine and whenever I preform a ceremony I am the one responsible for returning the signed license.
