Where do I go to get my marriage license?

What do I need?

I'm leaving tomorrow and tying up loose ends!!

TIA!

I went today and got mine!! All I needed was both parties present, a picture ID for each of you and you have to make sure both of you know your SSN. Oh and I don't know if it varies throughout the state but the one we went to was $93.50 ! :goodvibes

I'm getting mine in FL!! Do I need a birth certificate or anything??

I'm not sure if I'm too late to help, but this is copied directly from a page of my planning kit from Disney.

Marriage License in Person:
If you are already married, please provide a copy of your official marriage certificate. This certificate can be faxed to your Wedding
Coordinator in advance of your arrival in Orlando at 407-566-2723, or it must be presented to the On-site Coordinator prior to the
Wedding Ceremony. Couples wishing to be married must obtain a marriage license at any County Courthouse in the State of Florida
for use anywhere in the State of Florida. Hours for the Osceola County Courthouse and Orange County Courthouse: Monday
through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, excluding U.S. holidays. Blood tests are not required. Both parties
must be present at the time of application. Proper photo identification is necessary for each party, such as a driver's license or passport.
If a previous marriage ended in divorce within the past twelve-(12) months outside of the State of Florida, a copy of the divorce decree
must be presented at the courthouse to obtain the marriage license. There is no waiting period for out of state residents (a 3 day waiting
period is necessary for Florida residents who have not completed a premarital preparation course). The marriage license will be issued
at time of application, is valid immediately and must be used within sixty (60) days. (Some Florida Counties require a marriage license
to be used within thirty (30) days of issuance.) Please contact court house directly for further information.
YOUR OFFICIANT REQUIRES A VALID FLORIDA MARRIAGE LICENSE (OR OFFICIAL MARRIAGE
CERTIFICATE FOR A VOW RENEWAL) PRIOR TO HOSTING YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY. PASSPORTS
ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS PROOF OF MARRIAGE.
NOTE: COURTHOUSES ARE CLOSED ON CERTAIN HOLIDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PLEASE CALL
AHEAD OF TIME TO VERIFY HOURS OF OPERATION.
