I have seen a lot of posts about this resteraunt and i was wondering where it was, how the prices were, and the food type. I have been many times and have not seen this resteraunt before.

Marakesh is my girlfriend and i favorite restaurant! :) we go there on almost every trip! A plate is around 10-$12. I always get the lemon chicken. And if you go for dinner you can watch a belly dancing show.

Located in Epcot in the World Showcase. It is part of the Moroccan pavilion. food is very good.

Here's a link to the menu, just scroll down.

We went for lunch, the chicken kebabs were very good.
We also saw the belly dancer, I seemed like she came out about every 20 minutes.
I also recommed the crepes atlas, they are so tasty.

We ate there 4 years ago and I would go again. we ordered sampler plates . I loved it and my ds (then 4) liked it. The older kids were not impressed with the food, but loved the atmosphere and dancing.

we love it!! Very reasonably priced for the food choices! The taster plate is wonderful!

If you wan't Moroccan, stick with the Tangierene Cafe. That is, unless you like paying $25-$35 a shot for bland meat and 3 quality food.

Marrakesh is located at the very back of the Moroccan area of Epcot.
When we go to Epcot, despite the rest of the place being full up, we saw a woman at a podium out by the lake trying to drum up business. Now we know why.

I would suggest reposting or moving this to the restaurant board and you'll get many reviews with pictures!

I have always been a fan of Marrakesh and I have never had a bad experience there. If you are concerned about the food, consider trying it at lunch when the prices are cheaper. At leas that way, you won't be out much if you don't like it.

This is our "Must Do" resturant every time we're there, love the food. My wife is usually a picky eater, but she enjoys the food there a lot. Plus, the Moroccan wine is very good, too.

Price wise, I'd put it as fairly expensive as WDW resturants go, but not the priciest you'll pay at Epcot. (Le Cellier and Coral Reef are probably more expensive.)

Thanks, DW and I are booked for our June trip. This will be our first dinner there. We try and do 2 - 3 new dining places during our trips.

Either the table or counter service is good. IMO the table service does not cost much more than the counter service food. And I think the table service meal is better, and includes entertainment and A/C!

Someone should probably move this post to the Restraunt board but since it's here, I'll answer....

I'm a very picky eater...Meat and potatoes. Decided I wanted to be a bit adventurous and we went to Marrakesh. Boy was I glad that I did. Great meal and a wonderful atmosphere. Really liked the place a lot. My kids even enjoyed the meal and they are pretty picky as well.

Enjoy your meal!
