We wake up from our last night of our fantastic cruise and are all sad to be leaving. We have breakfast in Animators Palate and say goodbye.
The journey back to WDW is very quick and straight forward and we are back at Saratoga Springs in no time.
When we check in we are ask for a Congress Park room and are told there is not one ready but will be one available and are happy to wait.
We leave the car here and take a walk over to Downtown Disney and go to World of Disney and I buy a supply of Disney jewellery
I also find our 2007 photo album. I buy one of these each time we come and it has to have the year on.
We decide to make some ADRs at the Guest Relations booth. The castmember here is very grumpy and he is as difficult as possible. He tells us that we cannot make a reservation for House of Blues which we would like for our last night. We want to make a reservation for wolfgang puck but says we can't either. I ask about the dining room at Wolfgang puck as we did this a few years ago and really liked it. He said it was fine dining and would be too expensive for us!!! I manage to get a booking for tonight.
We walk up to West side as we were going to go to Disney Quest. I really don't like the atmosphere of this place it feels so closed in. It is not open yet so go into The Virgin Megastore. We are ages in here and we buy some books and Kirsty gets some CDs. When we get out the queues for Disney Quest are too long for us to be bothered with. We are now ready for lunch and Mark suggests we take the river taxi to Olivias at Old Key West. We cannot get the boat from West side and walk back to the Market place where a boat is waiting for us on arrival.
The river boat trip is lovely as always and I particularly like looking at the treehouse villas and always think it is a shame these are not opened up again and used as DVC accommodation. They are currently used as a student exchange type of thing I believe.
We have never been to Old Key West and spend some time looking round.
Olivias is really nice and we will definately eat here again as it is just a boat ride from Saratoga. Our waitress a very chatty and when she finds out we are from the UK she asks about Dr Who and we talk for ages about sci fi shows.
They have some lovely cocktails here and spend a very enjoyable afternoon at Old Key West.
It is getting near to check in time so take the boat back to Saratogo. We get our room and it is nice and close to Downtown Disney. By the time we unpack we realise that we don't feel like going out after all tonight. I press the knife and fork button on our phone in the villa and cancel the ADR but thought I would try again for an ADR for House of Blues for our last night which I get. So not all castmembers know what they are talking about!! I also make an ADR for the Turf Club for tomorrow night.
We take it easy tonight and Mark goes out to get a pizza. We watch a couple of episodes of prison break and settle in "back home" at Saratoga Springs.
