Aww thnk you. I really must say. I luv DisBrides. You guys have been really sweet and supportive. I appreciate it. Like I said in an earlier post it's great to be able to vent on here since I don't want to upset DF or my fam. I really appreciate you all.

So I have an update. Today I booked our DCL cruise for our honeymoon! We are doing a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas. We got a good deal so I decided to book it. Hopefully we will be hearing back from the church soon. Worst case scenario we can always cancel and get a full refund.

Well I emailed him on Friday but I still, haven't heard anything back from him. I even called and left him a voicemail but nothing. I swear I have been checking my email like every 5 minutes and still nothing! I just can't wait to make it official.

Hi everyone. I thought I'd give a few more updates. So I'm sure some of you read my post on the main board. I was able to get another consultant to get back to me and email me the room block info. So needless to say I'm relieved. I was also able to book our MK/Epcot Bridal portraits. On another front this time I believe we do have DF's mother's maiden name. I called the church again and they looked at his baptismal record and gave me her maiden name. I was shocked at how easy it was. So DF is going to try and go this week to try and obtain his BC. I really hope that this is it. I'm trying not to get my hopes up just in case. But hey it's a pretty good chance being it was on his baptismal record. So yey!

Well I emailed back the room block information and I spoke with Diane today. She told she was going to start working on the contract. Woohoo! I'm relieved. So I think I might order my save the dates this weekend. I had ordered a sample from zazzle and I liked how it came out. Here's a pic of the template.

Thank you! It does seem like it's actually happening now. Idk what it was but I was speaking with my family yesterday and all of a sudden it hit me. Like OMG this is actually happening and we are at less than a year (not by much but still).

It has been a ridiculous ordeal. We have the maiden name, we're almost positive. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to get away from work to go to the town where he was born and try and obtain it. I'm hoping maybe this week. BTW we were neighbors. I was born and raised in Elizabeth.

I received my LOA on Friday! yey! Finally I felt like I was given the run around. First he wasn't in than someone else started the process than I was in limbo than I was told Bill was going to take care of it, than the assistant had it. But all good, now I have it. DF and I signed it and I will be faxing it tomorrow. It'll be the first thing I do at work. There were a few things in there I found interesting and due to them might have to change some of my planning but I guess we will figure it all out. I'm just excited to get the process started.

Also I booked Beaute Speciale for the day of our wedding and our MK portrait. I also have booked our officiant Rev. Rojas. Things are coming together.

I spoke to Ana this afternoon and she was on a photo shoot and was supposed to call me this evening. a few hours later I got an email from Veronica but I haven't heard back yet. Just curious!
