have a great weekend!

have a great weekend!

DD cried....of course she cried when we moved here...
Mixed emotions right now....everything will work out...we'll make sure of it!
It looks like you're not much of a snacker (that's my problem, well one of them
), so if you just add some fruits and veggies in to your meals and make sure to have protein at every meal - you'll be great. Oh, and get that water intake UP! You need at least 64 ounces a day, but don't exceed 1/2 your weight in ounces.

I know it will be a lot of work, but you have to do what is best for your family!
AND getting to move back to Memphis will help the budget tremendously because you won't have double housing payments!

Take it day by day and minute by minute and before you know it, you'll be celebrating the holidays in Memphis.

....I could stand on it 3 times in a row and get 3 different answers.....135, 161, 154....I figured if I took the 3 weights, added them together and divided by 3, then would that be my actual wieght?? If that's the case, then I'd be right at 150. I can handle that....but I just feel like it's more around 160+....oh well.
Maybe your sister will help you pack! Maybe you can have a Packing Party!!! At least there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Try not to sweat the weight. You'll get it off. I know how frustrating it can be. I freak out if I gain 1lb! We work so hard to get it off, but it comes back so fast! Maybe all this packing will help you burn extra calories!
). You can maintain now while you are moving again. Then you can kick it back in gear once you get semi-resettled.
