Margaritaville Resort and Sunset Walk

Planning on a long weekend at the resort for Thanksgiving, Would love to hear from others that have stayed there. Looking for information on how the walk is from hotel to Sunset Walk. Google maps doesn't show far but they can be misleading.

The walk is not very far but it crosses thru their entry and park8ng area.
I know they offer a shuttle service also. I have noticed many guests being dropped off ( Mini van) when I am parking to go to the new H2O Live WaterPark. They will be open for Thanksgiving Week 10:30 til 5:00 and then close for the season This waterpark is very clean and has lazy river and wave pool and lots of water slides and 2 children’s areas and an adult pool only next to the Bar .
Weather looks pretty nice for your trip.
Just checking their site and it looks like Sunset Walk will have a NYE Street Party with bands and fireworks at midnight with confetti storm and 2021 face masks. I had reservations for July 4th but cancelled They had fireworks and
Disney didn’t so I wish I had attended. Maybe next year.
Bahama Breeze sells buckets of snowballs! They have Sunset Live every Fri&Sat night and a Farmers Market on Saturday’s. Nearby really nice Target...TJMaxx , Cinema (?hours) Publix across street .I really like the Tijuana Flats Mexican QS that competes with the Chuys Mexican Restaurant across street. An Olive Garden and Panera and new Cheddars nearby.

I like Tortilla Flats cause you don’t have to tip ...youcan use APP to place order for pickup (they will bring it to the car) or enter to order and then sit at a ”socially distanced table” and they will bring food to your table. Prices are reasonable, daily specials, very friendly service too!
