Margaritas in the World Showcase

Has anyone ever had a margarita at the Maya Grill? Please describe! We are considering trying this restaurant, but it's so low profile--not a lot of reviews.

We've had the rainbow frozen ones by Mexico, and they are very sweet and not that strong.

We actually had some good margaritas at the Rainforest Cafe at DTD, of all places lol!

The margaritas at the San Angel Inn are pretty weak, but you can "kick them up a notch" with Cointreau instead of Triple Sec. But still expensive and weak.
Wow! We thought they were pretty strong!

Yes! I mentioned it earlier in this thread, but at the Maya Grill for the classico ones, they use fresh squeezed lime juice, not a mix, and served straight up. They're definitely the best I've had on property.

I'll have to try the ones at Rainforest Cafe, if we ever go back. I'm in complete agreement with you on the margarita front. :)

The rainbow margarita is a must have for me when I go to WDW. I think they are very strong

My wife and love the Fiesta Margaritas from the kiosk in Mexico. All the different layered flavors are delish. They are definitely not weak though... I think you'll feel the tequila. The Margarita Grande at San Angel Inn is also a good one. We usually have a Fiesta before dinner and a Grande once we're seated in the restaurant. Just make sure you eat something, though.
Have fun and order one for me.

I think it depends on your "tequila tolerance" lol! I've built up quite an immunity over the years :teeth: To me, the ones at Mexico are not very strong and taste like lime-ade. But I'd probably order them anyway if I was dining there. Frozen ones especially have a lot more water and take longer to drink.
