how do i get to ride on a float and throw beads?

They are having a contest here on Real Radio 104.1 or you have to work there.

They generally allow annual passholders a chance to ride the floats. In addition several radio stations are having contests. Generally there is also a stand by line for regular ticket holders. There really is no way to gaurantee being able to ride a float.
