has anyone been to the mardi gras

we are going on 25th february.

what time is the best time to arrive.

we are going to seaworld on the morning and then were going to go to universal studios for about 5pm.

would this be ok.

You probably won't get too many rides in, but you'll get there before msot of the Mardi Gras festivities begin, so 5pm should be an ok time.
