Mardi Gras parade?

When does Mardi Gras start and will there be a parade for it. If yes, what is the parade like? I am going this weekend and am wondering if there is going to be anything special going on. Thanks!

It started on the 14th of February & is every Saturday night until March 27th.
The parade is AWESOME with fun music, 14 different floats & tons of beads to catch!
You will have a BLAST!!!

The parade starts at park close, which is 8pm on Saturdays.
