Ok, here is who they announced...
Phillip Phillips
Boys Like Girls
Lifehouse
Austin Mahone
Montgomery Gentry
Trey Songz
Sorry...its a nice mix like you said but I don't know who most of these people are...but that's me. It's disappointing to me but obviously you like the line up and that's fine. I won't be going to most of the shows.Sorry everyone, but that's about as eclectic a mix as I can imagine--all popular, but five different genres of music well represented, perhaps skewing a tad young. This isn't supposed to be Flower & Garden. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed in this.
I've heard of a few of them but I don't like hip/hop or country. Maybe I'll watch some YouTube and change my mind. Also known as people/band I've never heard of.
At least Disney tries to appeal to all age groups with their lineups. I'm in my 50's and there's not anyone here that appeals to me. Was looking forward to maybe attending for the first time but guess not. I'll be heading over to Epcot's F&G fest instead.

Most of the bands named are geared for the teens to 30's age range. As some of you have mentioned many are greatly unknown. I guess conceivably Pat Benatar and Steve Miller could appeal to some older fans.
