I have never been any of the shows and my kids are wanting to go on March 10 the see Big Time Rush. Is this included in the tkt price? and for those who have been there before what am I getting myself into here? LOL IS it absolutely packed?

It is included in your ticket. Popular artists do get pretty packed.

To see BTR, you will need to get to the Studios early in the afternoon as there will be LOTS of people coming to see them. The concerts usually start at 8:30pm...right after the parade...but will all the fans that will be coming, you will need to stake out your spot early...say by 4 or 5pm...if you want to get near the stage. All headliner concerts are staged at the Universal Music Plaza which is standing room only...no seats. We stood for two hours last night watching the B-52s perform but it was an excellent show!

Around 4-5pm the CM's dressed in all kind of crazy Mardi Gras costumes come out,food booths open up and there's a smaller stage with groups from New Orleans playing.At 8pm the parade starts and in my opinion it's my favorite parade at any park all year long plus you can catch dozens of beads,I think I have 20+ pounds of beads at home from all the beads I've caught over the years .The headline concerts are after the parade at either 8:30 or 9:30 depending on the date.For the more popular groups yes the place can get seriously packed.
