Mardi Gras dates

We are hoping to go to Mardi Gras at Universal on a trip in February/March.
Can anyone tell me if Mardi Gras is held every Saturday night or only selected dates? When does it start?

Yes it is usually held just on Sat nights. I saw a post on another board that it was starting on Feb3 but, haven't seen anything official on their site.
