This, of course, is found in Disney's Hollywood Studios on what's now called Pixar Place (formerly Mickey Ave.)
It is facing the (always busy) fastpass machines for the hugely popular Toy Story Midway Mania attraction. And, the stick figures are supposed to represent the Green Army Men from the Toy Story movies.
