MARCHing like Mulan - Exercise Challenge

It's a new week! We've hit the 1/2 way through the month mark, and Team MARCHing like Mulan is looking pretty sharp!

6 of our members are over that 1/2 way mark and we have a bunch more who are tttthhhhiiiisss close.

As a team we're at 34.13% and I know that if we all chip in we can be PURPLE Power by the end of the week.

I like the sound of the Pi run too.
I'm running the R&R Washington DC Sat morning. My hubby is running the 5K so I'm looking forward to the weekend together. We'll fly out Friday morning early then fly home again Sunday. Most of my trips are quick but I'll take what I can get. The weather forecast is 100% rain, but I've run 2 other 1/2 marathons in the rain so I'm not too worried just trying to decide what to wear.

I did get great news a few days ago. I was drawn in the NY Marathon lottery. I'm so excited.

Wow, congrats on getting drawn for NY! That's probably a tough one to get into!

My DH found out last month that he was drawn for a half marathon in Duluth, MN (Grandma's Marathon). It will be his first, so he's a little nervous, but he has started training, and is doing pretty well!

After falling off the wagon for 2 days, I'm back with a vengeance today - 99 minutes!

Puts me at 552/1000

I missed 2 days, so I had to make up the missed minutes!
I forced myself to go out running this morning even though I'd be doing some walking later in the day ... it was tough, but I'm glad I did it.
 
Foot is back in decent condition, and I'm back to the gym to work off all of the chips and pizza I ate last week (we'll just call it bulking. My cut is almost done, right? ;))

So it's Tuesday and after putting in all of the awesome minutes that folks reported yesterday, I noticed that something looked a little weird in my spreadsheet. I thought to myself, "Self, we are way over 35% complete something's not right". So I added up our column again and guess what, I was right! As a team we are currently at...

41.17% OVER 40%. you know what that means right???

I have minutes to report from the last few days:
Sunday- 30 min upper body strength
Monday- 15 min abs
Today- 30 min run

Hopefully tomorrows workout will be actually packing for our trip. I have somehow turned into a huge procrastinator lately. :(

Whoa - we're off and running for the day and already at only 1931 minutes to go to get the team to PURPLE POWER!
 
wow, I forgot to check in since Friday. 55 minutes of cardio on Sunday, 35 minutes of abs training on Monday, and another 35 minutes of yoga today puts me at 630/1000.
 
Adding 60 minutes pool PT, 10 minutes added for arm exercises=70 total

460/900 so far
