March weather?

It is not confirmed yet but we may get to go March 7-13 next year. Can anyone give me an idea about the weather at that time. We just went in June and it was awful humid and hot. I did a search for March and have read several threads but couldn't find anything on weather. Also has anyone stayed offsite at
Hawthorn Suites ? Last time we stayed at WDW Sports but becuase of money issues we were thinking of staying here since all the resorts are higher priced right now. Thanks for your help!!

We will just miss you. We are going Feb.29 to March 7. Everything I have read say bring sweatshirt. I have read the weather can be nice but will be a little cool. I will pack both shorts and pants. I will also bring sweatshirts to have with us. I am hoping to get 1 or 2 swimming days. I have never been at this time so this is only stuff I have read.

We're booked for March 9-16th. I've been wondering about the weather too and my TA said that the averages are as follows:
high 78 low 55. I've been there in May and June when it felt in the 90's and just over 100. Give me sweatshirts and shorts any day!!

My concern right now is the crowds. I'm hoping we escape without many spring-breakers. Anyone have any guesses on what crowds will be like?

You are going early enough that you shouldn't have too much problem with US spring break. You may find a lot of Canadian spring breakers though (we've been that w/e and ran into a lot of Ontarians Ontarioians? ) It wasn't too hot, but it was warm enough to enjoy a dip in the pool and warm enough to enjoy the water parks if you wanted to. We found shorts to be comfortable and weren't too hot the day we wore jeans. We did find AK to be a bit warmer, but it generally is about 10° warmer due to all the vegetation.

Generally weather here that time of year is pleasant, but we have had both late freezes as well as heat spells. But you shouldn't find the sweltering summer hot that you would in July or August.
