I have never rented points before but am looking at how to do this as it seems like a very economical way to stay at a resort - my family is planning a trip to vero beach in March 2009 is it too late to even look into renting points at this time?

Post your request (dates, villa size and resort) on the DVC Rent/Trade Board and see what happens. With the dynamics of the DVC reservation system you might be surprised what may be (or become) available.
