Every year, I wonder why there is never any discussion about March Madness on this board, or any sports for that matter. Rarely do I ever see anybody post or have any meaningful or lasting sports conversations. Aren't there any fans in the DIS community?!?

Love March Madness!!

Watching UNC now! Tomorrow, a big one for the Lady Vols. :)

Basketball is my favorite sport to watch (not NBA though). Love the game!

My DH is a UCONN grad (school of eng) and we live in San Diego and are HUGE AZTEC fans … great game yesterday! :thumbsup2

Love March Madness! College bball is so much more fun to watch than NBA.

I thought someone on here used to form a group in one of the pools (maybe ESPN). But they haven't done it lately, so I do my brackets in a group on another discussion board.

Yeah, I saw some threads, but they seemed to disappear after a few posts. I'm disappointed Marquette and Richmond did make a better game of it. It's been such a bloodbath this tournament, it would have been fun to see some more top teams challanged or taken down.

I usually don't watch basketball, but since the University of Arizona is still going strong, we've been watching!:woohoo: My younger daughter and her boyfriend are both juniors at UA, and living here in Tucson, my husband and I have become big fans of UA. Great school with a very pretty campus!

Yesterday, Arizona beat #1 seed Duke.:yay: We'll be watching Arizona play UConn tomorrow afternoon. GO WILDCATS!!!!:cheer2:

I don't like all college basketball but I love the Heels!!! So I was a very happy camper tonight!

Any arguements ensue after Jamaal Franklin's shoulder and Kemba's flop?

Yeah, I was a bit mad at Arizona for beating Duke. I really wanted UConn to have that chance. But seeing Duke throttled so completely by anyone was satisfying.

I am more nervous about Zona than I was about Duke. Williams scares me....

DH went to UofA and DFIL still has season tickets. We had an exciting evening last night! OP, I was wondering about the nonexistent March Madness posts, too!

Maybe they get too political and they have to be toned down. ;)

The Buckeyes lost so all is sad in Cow Town. I was rooting for the Noles too so just nothing is going well around here. Both games were amazing. It shows how well the brackets were set up originally. Now I'm cheering for Arizona.

This is the first year in a long time that there hasn't been a Dis bracket contest -- I think it was usually through CBS.

We live and breathe college basketball all season at my house, so I'm always ready to discuss it. Tonight was a very happy night!

I love college basketball! Maybe not so much at the moment, since for the final game I had Duke vs. Ohio State, but usually.:rotfl: This has been a great tournament with some really exciting games, though.

I have no idea who is going to win our office bracket, they are all completely trashed. If KU and UNC don't make it to the Final 4 and/or final game, its completely up in the air.

Eh, I did four brackets and they are now all shot. In my top 2 brackets I have UConn left in one, and Kansas left in the other. But I doubt either will garner enough points for me for a meteoric rise to the top of the pool again.

I live in Lexington - there is simply no escaping March Madness!! :cheer2:

Can't believe I fell asleep before the UK/OSU game last night. :scared1: I did catch the last few seconds online - I missed a great game! :thumbsup2

Tarheel Grad here, and I am very happy with the tourney so far. The only people who would do brackets with me this year are my kids - and I am whooping them so far. DD10 is a Duke fan, so her bracket is shot. DD11 picked UNC and I hope she's right. I picked Kansas.

Go Tar Heels!

I am a huge UConn fan...afterall I am from CT too and lets face it, they are all we have here! I will be watching tonight, but am a little concerned I almost wish they were playing Duke. I sure hope Kemba has some magic left!
