Sorry this is late posting.....We have had 'issues' the last 36 hours....but I can breathe now at least.

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes you WILL exercise this month. ANYTHING you consider exercise counts! Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers. I will update this periodically....hopefully frequently!

I'll try the challenge. I'm going to commit to 1000 minutes this month. So far this month, 40/1000. Keep moving everyone!

March 1 - 4.5 hours at the zoo, but I'll count it as 3 hours of slow walking because of lunch and train rides and animal viewing.

March 2 - 20 minutes stair stepper.
 
After lurking through the February thread, I was looking forward to the March thread starting up - thanks!

My goal is 1500.

So far:

March 1 - 36 min aerobic walking; 30 min walking the dogs

March 2 - 68 min aerobic waling; 45 min housework

March 3 - 30 min run/walk interval training

209/1500 so far.
 
After pounding out the home stretch of my February challenge, March 1st was a rest day.

I only did 30 mins of cardio last night, I was so tired and stressed from work.

But today I have 120 mins of bootcamp! I'll list my hours when I get back - if I survive it, lol.
 
30 mins cardio
60 mins bootcamp

I missed my 1st boot camp - it was an hour earlier than I thought. :headache:

I am still so tired from earlier in the week - it's probably a good thing I missed the 1st round today. I could go to bed right now!
