Haven't posted in a week...son was sick but he's okay now. After passing it along to me...! Does anyone else think it's odd that I appreciate a sickness that makes me NOT want to eat?

I have to ask - what did you for 195 minutes? I consider 60 minutes a good workout, and I don't aspire to much more than that.
After yesterday's lazy day, today I had a good 60-minute cardio workout: 500/1200.
