Just back yesterday and can say it was the best weather we've had in a few years.
I am already making a list of changes for next year's March break trip.


While it is nice to have the option to choose close to Hospitality House Old key West Resort ahead of time I find it's kind of a hit and miss with this selection, and there seemed to be ALOT of outside visitors using the resort,many people openly commented about how they were just using the pool for the day and had parked off site. When you can't get a chair and table at OKW it might be time for them to do something about this.I do not like the new boat access at OKW, and changing boats at DTD to get to the Market place is a pain.
Sad that there are no longer boats avaliable to rent at OKW, or Downtown disney.
No more delicious chicken nuggets (8 pieces) now 3 chicken strips and the fries taste gross, and the price went up?
I would like to see some other side options at Disney
cucumber salad
coleslaw salad
mixed nuts
cheese and cracker
rice salad
sweet potato salad
macaroni salad
something,anything than applesauce, grapes,apples slices.

While I love DTD (Downtown Disney) soon to be Disney Springs (DS) it is in a kind of in a state of constant reconstruction that I hope ends soon.


I do love the new Star Bucks and have become a fan overnight. The protein boxes, smoothies,scones,banana bread are great and compared to Disney prices they seemed reasonable.

Epcot Flower and Garden Show just seemed to lack that "Pizzaz" that it usually has for me,maybe I need a break next year.

I actually cancelled my day in MK and choose to do a Dine in Movie at DTD, which I enjoyed,Cinderella movie,I'd give it a 7/10. A bit ticked off at Disney as I tried giving 3 days notice to cancel my Wishes dessert Party reservation only to be told the new rule is 5 days advance cancellation,wow,I wish I had know that ahead of time.


I have one day left on a non exp hopper pass and don't think I will ever get a HP added to tickets now that the new FP+ is in place. I guess I feel some of the
SPONTANEITY
is lost on the new system.Many guests I met openly felt the same way.




I am not a fan of Air Canada right now and I am going to try and book else where,maybe West Jet.
They had 2 people checking in three flights and there baggage terminals for boarding passes and baggage tags went down-3 out of 4,,ah busy season and no one remembers to keep the terminals filled and two people staff members? This caused a longer wait than I've ever experienced at MCO.
Security (customs) screening went reasonably fast.
No communication on boarding pass as to where my gate was. No communication that our gate was not
boarding in the Air Canada location but a completely different area.

The Sunshine and heat was perfect!

I guess I forgot to mention some of the new plans for next year

1 No resort spliting --takes up too much time when rooms are not ready until 4 pm
takes forever on Disney transportation to move, and bags arrive hours later
and costs around $25-$30 to take a taxi.

2 Choose a quiet location at resort with quiet pool and hot tub.
Take some dip spices and just buy sour cream and mix.
Take some premade packages of smore with me.

3 Remember to bring the rum.

4 Order water, juice, gingerale, veggies ahead of time.

5 Do some golfing (mini) ,take in a movie and do some bowling in DTD).
Note to self----Make a Hidden Mickey Hunt Game for Downtown Disney.

6. Maybe go to a water Park.
Typhoon Lagoon or we may just try out the new C.B.R. (Cabanna Bay Resort) at U.O.
The lazy river looks great.

7. Skip the resort mug purchase.

8. Stock up on Starbucks gift vards through-out the year.


9. If extended family go next year we will just leave most of our stuff at OKW and stay over at U.O. for a few days--my sons love (RPH) Royal Pacific Resort .
