Have you guys seen the thread on the delay of Magic in CC due to bad weather? I hope it does not affect us but some are saying the thrusters on the boat are damaged.....

Picked up trip insurance today Looks like Disney is being top notch about the whole thing. Great reason to cruise Disney!

Who did you get your insurance through and how expensive was it?

I got it through this link http://www.insuremytrip.com/. It was recommended by the boards. I went with travelex and it was $144 for the whole family. Not a high amount of coverage but it will do up to $50K per each person for medical and it pays up to $750 for delay of trip and $1625 if the cruise gets cancelled. I figure for $144, I would at least get some of my money back if the ship is not working or they delay one day and I need to book accommodations in Orlando.

We have trip insurance, whenever we leave out of ALaska it is always a risk with weather delays. But I had not heard about the possile delay - where do we find tha at???

OK, I found a story, looks like it was all weather related. The ship was a day late returning and should be back on schedule.

With 18 days to go before we leave, I am super excited. But in reading, DH and I agreed that no matter what, we have airfare to get us to WDW - so if all else fails, WDW here we come!!!

I'm making different things according to gender and for some of the gifts I also need the names (and please indicate the gender, not just the name - I am not american so sometimes it can be hard to figure out whether a name is a girls or a boys name ).

Well I'm not doing the FE this cruise, but I looked at the list and your name is on it, just not your cabin number

I cant believe i havent found this thread earlier! Me (39), DW (40) and DS (5) with be going with all of you. This is going to be our first Disney Cruise and we are super excited. I have even learned how to make door magents! Weell.....just a couple so far. We booked a Cat 11 but got a great bump to Cat 6, room 5144. Hope to see y'all there!!!
