There are a couple of new people to the thread (BethanyGia and lionfan3) who have recently expressed an interest but have yet to sign up with their info.
Would you (or someone) please ask people on the Facebook page to check the spreadsheet to see if their information is there and check some of the names on the bottom of the sheet to see if they want to be added or deleted from the list?
Maybe mention the meet and greet on Facebook as well. That includes everyone regardless of whether or not they are doing the FE
Don't want to commit to the meet and greet at this time. We really like to wing it once on board. No expectations reduce disappointments.
The last meet and greet we went to the kids were anxious to check out the whole ship/swim/eat etc. So we may come just depends on how the day is going.

I know how that is!! We will probably go with the flow as well; every now and then the kids let me think it's up to me but we really know who's in charge
Having said that my eldest daughter is 9 so I'm sure she will meet up with your children on board regardless as they are so very close in age. If you do decide to join the meet and greet there will be children (or "tweens" as she prefers!!) their age in attendance.
A few others had expressed interest earlier in the thread and then nothing. Their names are posted on the bottom of the spreadsheet. If we don't hear anything by the end of this week we should maybe just omit them and then afterwards, if we hear differently and if there is enough interest, there could be a second list. Looking for opinions, suggestion, ideas... 
We could leave it open for any late comers with the understanding that the list "officially" closed on the 20th and many have already begun to purchase gifts and such. 
I say go ahead and move forward, as there are some people who may be ordering personalized things that take some time to come in and we only have 6 weeks left till cruise time
What all was cheermom supposed to do to organize this other than keep the spreadsheet updated? I think as long as each person participating prints out a copy for themselves then we are good, no?
Can't deny them the fun of looking forward to a break from winter.

If your total differs re-check the spreadsheet and compare. I changed the order a little to make the delivery more organized (she said hopefully..). Of course you can distribute your items whichever way you'd like I just prefer to start at the lowest deck and move up and going from fore to aft, then aft to fore... you get the idea.
Anyway... there's a scary little glimpse into my slight (!) OCD personality
I know on other cruises everyone has a certain day to deliver your FE gifts. Personally I don't care when you deliver your things; pick a time (or times) that suits you best. I might suggest that everything be delivered before the early seating on the last night as people will be packing up by then. Opinions?
Getting excited for the FE thing now that the list is finalized. I guess I have no more reason to procrastinate (another one of my fun personality traits!).
Another stormy day in the Maritimes. DH delayed again returning from Phoenix. I think we'll be telling the kidlets this weekend
