I don't think so i think there is the pirate night and one simi formal night but from everything i read only the 7 nights have a true "formal" night.

Our first cruise as well. Last year was Spring Break at WDW this year is our cruise. We would love to participate in a FE, please let us know how. There will be three of us, myself, DD (6), and my wonderful mother. GIRLS trip!

Hello, I am Tracy and my dh is Michael. We live in frigid Ohio and just booked this cruise. Its the last of the ships we need for the "Grand Slam" having been on the other 3 ships. This will be our 5th cruise so when we go in Oct on the Southern itinerary we will be Gold! We are not taking our kids this time as we just took them on the Magic for NYE. We have 4 kids ranging in age from 11 to 14 with a set of twins (boy and girl) in the middle. I don't navigate the DIS boards as well as FB so I look forward to the fb page. Looking forward to cruising with you.

Has anyone volunteered yet to organize the FE list? I see some of the other March Disney cruises have already closed their FE groups! This is my first Disney cruise but I'd be happy to do it if someone who's done it before can tell me what the best way is. I've seen other groups are using Facebook or Google docs. Either way, a login is required.

To answer your question no one had volunteered and I would love to help you but I don't know the details on how to actually set one up. Our group has 6 cabins and we would all like to participate. I think a Facebook group would be a great idea. Maybe we could make the cut off march 1 st since are group isn't huge. That still leaves 3 weeks till the cruise.

I don't have time to manage a Facebook page so I'll just create a spreadsheet with the FE groups's info on it and send it out via email.

Apparently I can't post my email address until I have 10 post, so I'll get a few more posts under my belt and send that out.

For those of you who may not know, the folks in the FE (fish extenders) group hang a strip of pockets outside their cabin door (doesn't have to be fancy). Then the other people who have joined the FE group place little treasures in the pockets throughout the cruise. It's mostly for the children, but adults participate too. It's just fun for the kids to come back to the cabin and find the treasure.

The gifts can be simple little things, usually homemade or symbolic of where the family comes from.

I am going to close this FE group on February 6. This will give everyone 6 weeks to finalize gifts. If the group grows too large between now and then, I will split into multiple groups. So, if you know someone else on the cruise and want to make sure you're in the same group, let me know just in case.
