I started the Biggest Loser Meal Plan today. Breakfast was barf, lunch less barf, dinner tolerable, but the triple chocolate brownie cookies made it great. I don't know if I can do this...one day at a time. I did a test to see what my biological age was like they do on Dr. Oz, only this was through work...chronologically I am 60, biological age 71 and I am aging 2 years for every one due to my weight and inactivity...SO, I need to reverse this...maybe I should turn to sleeping pills so I don't think of FOOD..I am a grazer...love to graze all night in front of the tv, or while reading a book. Send me some pixie dust and prayers!!!

:flower3:Susan

Susan you hang in there. Don't give up. You made a giant step by starting this diet. Good for you!!!!!

I am not familiar to with the Biggest Loser Meal Plan. Michael and I have been with Weight Watchers since March of this year. To date....Michael lost 60 lbs and I have lost 24 lbs and believe me when I tell you...it is NOT easy but you have our support and we are sending you lots of pixie dust and you will be in our prayers. Take care and stay strong...you can do it!!!!

Chris-Speaking of pizza and beer, Gary was telling me that you no longer have to carry your mug around for beer, they provide you with one at each place you go. Did you have that on the SSMC? That is a much better idea than carry that anchor around the ship and through the airports.

Well, I left my beer mug in our owner's locker but I had it with on the members cruise, but they stopped using the ones with the DCL or ESPN logo and just had plain glasses so mine stayed in our owners locker. I didn't even use it on the members cruise cuz I didn't wanna lose it. So, I don't really know. But from what I saw, you still had to carry the mug around. :confused3 So I guess I'm not sure. Besides, I took some of my own beer on board and didn't buy alot. I was drinking other things this time.
Good Morning my cruisin' buddies!

Okay, this is like a roll call!! Please, please - all of our friends from the midwest or anyone who has had this bad weather lately - Please check in and let us know that you are okay! The weather that I have seen on the news has been terrible and I just want to know that you are all safe and sound!!

Yes, as Dave said, we are slated for the same system to come through today, but they say it will now be as severe as it was out there. So it's gonna be a wet one here!

And of course, this is the day that we planned to take our British friends to Lancaster, PA to shop at all the outlets and see Amish country! Looks like we should take our umbrellas!! :sad2:

Everyone have a great day and let us know that you are alright!

Oh, Sue. We have had such winds. OMG they have been horrible. In fact around 11:00 am or so this morning we had two light polls tip over right outside of the courthouse on to a major street in town. We are just thankful no cars or people were driving by/walking when they fell. We had people in the backroom of our office hear them crash on to the street.

In fact we even saw a little of that horrible four letter word today --- SNOW! :scared1:

Well at least I am not alone...been doing the ADA diet.... 45 carbs per meal and a 20 carb snack I have lost around 20lbs and Michael has lost too, His pants have gone down 2 sizes, I am not sure how much weight he has lost. I also go to my local Holiday Inn to excersie in there pool, they have a swim club.

Happy Anniversary Mark and Mary

Hope it was a good one

I just found this on cruise critic about the Dream and wanted to share

The ship's horn featured prominently in "Sail Away," the line's popular bon-voyage deck party, is getting a makeover. It'll toot not just the first line of "When You Wish Upon a Star," but it'll be able to answer with the song's second line: "Makes no difference who you are." The result? Disney Dream will be able to answer a passing DCL ship's call.
:thumbsup2:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Good morning fellow cruisers

We sail in 73 weeks!

Congrats to everyone waging and winning the war on weight gain. I need to recommit myself to exercise as I've been gaining. :sad1:

Dianne - thanks for the info on the horn. That sounds great!

Good Morning my Cruisin' Buddies!

Well, my British friends leave today around 6 pm for an evening flight home! I will miss them very much and probably won't see them for at least another year, if they plan another visit here. So it will be emails and facebook - but not quite the same. They are really nice people and we have a great time when we are together!

And speaking of great people who have a fantastic time when we're together - look at us - our cruise is growing!! I have to go back and say welcome to a new name I didn't recognize! Wow, this cruise is going to be soooo much fun! :thumbsup2
