March 22, 2012 Dream SSMC Reunion AKA "It's all Gary's Fault" Cruise

We're booked. Haven't been on amy member cruises yet but I see a couple of folks that DH & I'll be traveling with to Alaska in 2011.

We are:

Sharon & Allen & our youngest son, Jameson (who will be newly 18 Yrs.) will be on deck 6, starboard aft.

I had booked a B2B for October 2011 but canceled that because Jameson wanted to wait till he was 18 to sail. He's looking forward to Palo Brunch & Serenity Bay as am I.

Welcome aboard! This is a great group and the more the merrier. I'll have a roster on the group web page that is still in development. See the first post for what is planned so far.

Many of us have met on the Member Cruises but one thing is sure we are Disney fans and we love to cruise.

Good morning everyone! Happy Tuesday!

Well my nice long weekend is over. Back to work I go. We are also supposed to be slammed by a big storm this morning. Hope it isn't as bad as they are predicting. Chris did you guys get it too? Hope all is ok.

We had a little rain overnight and into the morning. But man did the winds ever get ferocious. I think they said that we had a 58mph gust here. Nasty.

Chris- No problem, I was thinking a Sunrise Club meet up before beverages and see who can run faster as Tanya throws anything not bolted down!! And being the nice guy that I am, I volunteer your room for the football games and pizza on Sunday!!

Hey - we love to party! But, for all of us our room may be too small so we may have to overflow into your room.

Okay, so we are talking the March cruise right? Chris I am not sure what football games Dave is going to be watching in March so I think you might be safe.

Phewwwww. But won't basketball be in full swing with tournaments?????

Lisa-VERY GOOD POINT How about a Nascar Race? Dog Sled Races? Snowball making Contest? How about just a good excuse to have Pizza and Beer? Wait we won't need an excuse....Just Go For It!!! Party in Chris and Bob's room!!

Chris-Speaking of pizza and beer, Gary was telling me that you no longer have to carry your mug around for beer, they provide you with one at each place you go. Did you have that on the SSMC? That is a much better idea than carry that anchor around the ship and through the airports.

Okay, this is like a roll call!! Please, please - all of our friends from the midwest or anyone who has had this bad weather lately - Please check in and let us know that you are okay! The weather that I have seen on the news has been terrible and I just want to know that you are all safe and sound!!

Yes, as Dave said, we are slated for the same system to come through today, but they say it will now be as severe as it was out there. So it's gonna be a wet one here!

And of course, this is the day that we planned to take our British friends to Lancaster, PA to shop at all the outlets and see Amish country! Looks like we should take our umbrellas!!

Crazy day in Chicagoland yesterday. It was in the 70's in the morning with high winds and heavy rain. Then the temperature dropped some 20 degrees. Brrrrr! Today is just supposed to be windy.

I started the Biggest Loser Meal Plan today. Breakfast was barf, lunch less barf, dinner tolerable, but the triple chocolate brownie cookies made it great. I don't know if I can do this...one day at a time. I did a test to see what my biological age was like they do on Dr. Oz, only this was through work...chronologically I am 60, biological age 71 and I am aging 2 years for every one due to my weight and inactivity...SO, I need to reverse this...maybe I should turn to sleeping pills so I don't think of FOOD..I am a grazer...love to graze all night in front of the tv, or while reading a book. Send me some pixie dust and prayers!!!
