just catching up on the boards as I just got back from my vacation at WDW! Had a great time, wish I was still there for a few mores days but....now I can look forward to our cruise!

18 weeks....it will be here before we know it! I did sign up for the FE so I;m starting to think about that.

Is anyone booking the cabanas for castaway cay? I cannot, hoping that the early bookers could do so...Michael and I want to participate with someone renting a cabana.

I know it was talked about a long time ago, but I won't have mine paid off for a while, and I have not yet cruised enough on Disney to do an early booking anyway!

Palo brunch booked It should be a nice time for my mom and I on what will be a sombering day for us....it will be 5 years to the day exactly that my dad died. He died Sunday March 25,2007 and our brunch is Sunday March 25,2012. Now it is time to go off to bed

Booking was successful. We got hot stone massages for both of us on Nassau day (we don't plan on getting off the ship). We also got Palo Brunch booked for 10 am on our sea day.

After talking with Dave on Facebook I was able to go back in this morning and book a cabana on Serenity Bay for our first CC day (the 24th which also happens to be my birthday). Dave has the list of who wanted in so hopefully we can get as many as we can added. I don't know if I'm remembering correctly or not but I'm thinking we needed 2 cabanas for all who were interested.

Ok booking last night made me realize the cruise really isn't that far away. So I thought now might be a good time to start some discussions. I know everyone is busy with the holiday tomorrow but something we can talk about in the coming weeks:

1. When do we want the DIS meet onboard? We usually do 3 pm in the promanade lounge. Of course we'll have to find someplace else but do we need another time. According to a 5 day navigator from this year and the 5 day we went on a few years ago the DVC Member Presentation is 2:30-3:30 the first day. Since many of us are DVC members do we want the meet to be a time that doesn't conflict with this?
   
2. Have we settled on a time/place for the sunrise club?
   
3. Have we settled on a day/time to have our Jimmy Buffet sing along with Gary?
   
4. Buttons - has everyone gotten me their info?
   
5. Linked dining - has everyone gotten their info in to Dianne?
   
6. Fish Extenders - has everyone gotten their info in to Monika?
   
7. Pirate night picture - are we doing one? Who can organize it? I thought someone from the 2010 cruise said their was a charge - how did you handle that?
