Hello,

We are going 5TH till 8th March DD's 1st birthday is the 10TH but want to be at home for her actual birthday to see all the family plus its a Saturday and don't want to have to go over a weekend.

Ok so my question is what are you all expecting crowd levels to be like?

I am hoping it is going to be quiet no school holidays and people will wait a few weeks longer for the 20TH year celebrations. St Davids day celebrations is the weekend after we leave and St Patricks day celebrations are the weekend after I heard these make a small difference in crowds.

But then I also think will it be busy people going and hoping for early openings. So confused

We will be there the same dates (plus the 9th). I really don't know much about crowds, but I thought since it was "off season" and not a lot of people have school holidays, it shouldn't be too bad.
Plus our dates are during the week, so it wouldn't be as busy on the weekends.
Here in the states a lot of schools have break in March and April, so places like WDW are very crowded then.

Here's hoping for low crowds!!!

half of french kids will be on school holidays until march 12th

the Paris "zone" will be back to school on the 5th, so peak crowds will mostly be on wednesday, saturday and sunday, and after 5pm on weekdays if the weather is kind.

holidays in Spain start on the 5th, so expect a lot of Spanish people (and they do come in numbers in march)

so not the busiest period, but be ready for some crowds at times

We'll (me and the mrs) be there in late March. Probably 25th/26th or so.

Hi, I will be going in March! towards the end (26th). Ive been in March before and ive never found it overly busy!
I love going in March, just the right amount of people! :)

Thanks guys were not worried about wait tines for rides we aren't actually planning on doing any it's just meeting characters I know it's a free for all for most of them was just hoping it wouldnt be crazy busy x

We go on the 26th of March for 4 nights/5 days, at Disneyland Hotel.

For our dates I don't think the crowds will be too bad, more concerned that the weather is fine.

We're going from the 5th to the 9th,first time i havent gone in the summer so am hoping crowds wont be too horrendous and that we get to see lots of characters, especially Princesses!

Yes this is what we are going for princesses :) we are there at the same time :)

if you're going for the princesses, don't miss "Disney Princesses : A Royal Invitation"
it's a brand new place designed to meet princesses.
It's located in fantasyland, in what was formerly the exit of It's a small world.

princesses will take turn inside to meet the kids. Ask a CM before which princess is "on duty", but be advised that they sometimes change while you wait in line

another princess spot is found between the mad hatter's tea cups and the entrance to it's a small world. Sometimes you'll meet snow white, sometimes aurora sometimes ... well depends on how lucky you are. Don't know though if they will keep that spot if the weather is real bad (snow, sleet, or very cold)

you probably will meet rapunzel between le carousel de lancelot and chalet de la marionette. Check schedules.

As of know you can get the schedule for this week here : http://divertissement.disneylandparis.fr/FR/FR/Distant/Images/ShowsAndParades.pdf

also don't miss "following the leader with peter pan" a show located behind le chalet de la marionette. opposite Hook's Jolly Roger, and close to POTC
Very little space to view the show, no climbing on rocks for better view, CMs watch that closely. But it's worth it. Not very princess-ish but kids love that, especially the little song they learn ... mark my words "Indian chief, indian chief, clap, clap, peekaboo peekaboo, beaaaarghh !!!" You'll know when you hear it ... sticks in your head about as much as that It's a small world song :)

Hi all,

Were going from the 5th til the 10th of March 2012.
We have booked the Disneyland hotel and were not sure of the ins and outs of everything.

Is breakfast included in the price and are the breakfasts character breakfasts every day?
Like tinks_1989 were going mainly for the princess interaction and wondered where I can get an overview of everything that is available for fans of Disney Princess.
Oh, and is Rapunzel there?

Paul

Hello

Thank you I have been reading lots about the Princess Pavilion! We will defiantly be going here every day I am sure lol!

Is there still the stand where you could meet the Princesses before?

I also though Rapunzel was now just part of the Princes Pavilion? :confused3

I have watched all about the following the leader on youtube but not sure if this is for us.

Paul

Seems to be a few of us there that week then. :)

Breakfast is included there arent any characters though. There are character breakfasts available at Cafe Mickey or Inventions.

Like mentioned there is the Princess Pavilion where you can meet up to two Princesses
There is Auberge de Cenrilion a Disney Princess Restaurant where you can meet Princesses with their Princes I have read on averge its about 3 Princesses.
In September we saw Tiana and Ariel with very little wait by Its a small world.
We also saw Mulan and Mushu (I dont consider her a princess but Disney do :confused3) at Studios park by the partner statue.
Rapunzel is there but I though she was just part of the Princess Pavilion now! She used to have a meet and greet by dumbo.
