March 2012 cousins happily ever after

Not sure where to begin...
March 2012 cannot come soon enough
Attendants include: (ages when we arrive)
Myself 30, My Husband 29, My daughter 4
My cousin 29, Her husband 31, Her oldest daughter 11, Her oldest son 7, Youngest daughter 6, Her youngest son 4.
My cousin 26, Her husband 26, Thier daughter 7, Her mother-in-law

We are DVC members so we will be getting a 2 bedroom for my family and my cousin with the larger family to stay in. The rest of the party will be staying in a 1 bedroom together. We will get these rooms with our dvc points and be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge which is our home resort for one week!

I have all of our days packed with fun including where we will eat!

I have been personally to Disney 5 times so I have learned a lot of tips and read a lot of others posts but would still love to hear from everyone since this will be our first trip with so many children and a large party!

For starters..
We will all be staying at my house the night before our trip. My cousin with the 4 kids can sometimes run late and I do not want this to be the case. We can plan a disney night, the night before. Watch a disney movie and make a disney themed meal to go along. I know I will not be able to sleep so Im not sure how we will get 6 kids to sleep either lol.
We will all wake up together, bags will already be packed and by the door. I would like to rent a limo or limo bus so they can drop us off directly at the door of the airport and help with bags. I am concerned about the new security at the airports so I would like to "practice" with the kids about what to expect at the airport. ie checking bags,taking shoes off, putting belongs on xray machine, and the dreaded pat down, even if it is to protect us.

All of the families have agreed to wear the same color clothing at disney. Im not sure that Im all in but I do think with 6 children it will be much easier to track them. Any shade or version of Green, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Black, Grey, and Possible Tie-Dye for the trip there. Shirts will do just fine and jackets, bottoms can be whatever they want. I do think that are pictures will be fun!
We will pack break"fast" items in our luggage in hopes will not have to go to a grocery store and take time out our trip. We will bring items such as dry cereal, oatmeal packs, poptarts, doughnuts, and breakfast bars. Not the healthiest options but to save time in the morning and possibly eat on the way to a park I think a week of junk will not hurt anyone. I have been thinking of using the grocery delivery option and have milk and pop delivered to the room to keep in the fridge for mornings and late nights. Our whole group will be getting the Disney Dining Plan that includes One snack, One Quick Service Meal and One Table Service Meal.

Our Day at Epcot

1. QS Lunch at Sunshine Seasons (never eaten here)
2. Get FP for test track and mission space and spaceship earth (not all kids will be able to ride) my daughter is the shortest right now measuring 36 inches, we have a year until we arrive at disney
3. Turtle talk, Bruces Sub house, and the seas with nemo and friends
4. Complete FP and go to Club Cool (camera ready for those faces)
5. Head toward Canada and walk the worlds ...snack
6. TS Dinner at Norway Princess Dinner (we have done the breakfast before not the dinner)
7. Mexico to ride gran fiesta tour and Norway Maelstrom ride
8. Nighttime illuminations (where should we sit? with 13 people and kids who arent going to sit still?)

1.Go to Asia and get fast pass for Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids.
2.Go on Kilimanjaro Safari and complete fast passes
3.QS Lunch at Restaurantosaurus Dinoland
4.Go to Dino USA and get FP for Dinosaur and time for Finding Nemo, then play boneyard and triceratops
5.Parade
6.TS Dinner in Yak and Yeti café in Asia
7.Go to Discovery Island get FP for It’s tough to be a bug, see tree of life and complete bug movie, if need to waste time go to camp Mickey and Minnie

2. Lunch at Toy Story Pizza Planet
3. Muppet 3D and Honey I shrunk the Kids get FP for Backlot Tour
4. Block Party Bash 3pm
5. Back Lot Tour
6. Dinner at Sci Fi

Day 2
1. Get FP for Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster and complete
2. Lunch near Beauty and the Beast 1130 show?
3. Get FP for Toy story and Little Mermaid and complete Jouney to Narnia
4. Dinner at Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Show
