March 2007 Anyone????

ALICE28: (We will be at WDW from 3/21 thru 4/5)...Even though I booked ADRS at 180 days, my overplanning self got the better of me and I called to switch a couple times and one restaurant last week...I was worried I would have a limited time frame and/or not be able to make the changes I wanted, however I was pleasantly surprised at the options still available. Hope this means lower crowds?? (I know, wishful thinking...but one can hope!!)

Either that or everyone is so fed up with the changes to the kids menus they are cancelling their TS meals. NO I am not implying anything one way or the other and do not mean to start an anti-menu thread(enough of that going on already!) I'm just so excited to be going they can change all the menus and I still will be there

I know, we are specifically avoiding restaurants with the crummy new kid menus. The kids aren't coming with us to Narcoosee's & CA Grill. I know at Nine Dragons they still have Chinese food for the kids; Whispering Canyon still has things like hot dogs and PB&J, and Crystal Palace is a buffet, so we're golden.

I just upgraded us to Woods View at the WL so we can have bunkbed rooms. We're excited!

My husband and I went the same time last year and were planning to meet with you guys at the Rose and Crown that friday. Unfortunately I got sick. Are you guys planning a get together again this year? We'll be there 2/26-3/4.

Yes, we and at least one of the DISers who met up this year (Hawk) are in for a gathering, the date to be decided soon. At least one other person expressed interest on the 'Doing the Happy Dance' forum and I'll be posting there, here and via PM to agree on a date. Here's a link to my trip report for that day:

Just so I don't miss anybody, shoot me a PM if you're interested in a very informal gathering. We'll be there from 3/1 - 3/10. This is open to ALL DISers going in that time frame. Don't be shy, with the exception of Hawk and us, we'll all be strangers so you won't be the odd duck walking into the group. The Rose & Crown restaurant will be closed for rehab then but Disney Guest Relations assured me the pub will be open. Alcohol consumption is not required, but it's nearly unavoidable.

I'm really excited to add to this thread. We are leaving to go to FL from MI on February 26th and will be visiting relatives until March 2nd...then we travel to WDW until March 8th. This will be my first time there. We picked that weekend because that is the ESPN weekend! I'm hoping it will be a great time! Reading everyone's posts on the boards...I don't see how it can't be!

First time at BWV, but am a bit worried as I've read the rooms are pretty run down.

We will be there March 9-16. This is our fourth trip during Spring Break. We love this time of year. Can't wait. Driving DH crazy w/ talks about planning!

We'll be there 3/17-3/25! This is a big trip for my family--we're all going--12 of us total (ages 2-67). This will be my mother's first time flying (67 yrs old) and the first vacation we have all taken together. We're all staying at CBR together. I can think of nothing else, especially now that the trip is 2 1/2 months away. It's just about list writing time to make sure I remember everything. To top it off, this is my, DH and DD4's first trip to WDW!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're going on March 5 through 10th. It's an adults only trip with my fiance's parents. We'll be staying at POFQ. It's our first time staying on property. We're very excited!

We'll be there during our Spring Break, celebrating my parents 50th anniversary! We're a grand gathering of 12 - we've got a Grand Villa at OKW. For most of our group it's their first trip to WDW, and the rest (including myself) haven't been there for about 10 years. Can't wait - even if all this planning is driving me crazy!

We are taking an all girls trip March 18 thru 23 at POP!! Stopping by GA to see some dear DIS FRIENDS on the way back!! Driving 48 hours to spend 4 days with the mouse. Gotta love it.

We leave March 20th! This will be our first trip to WDW. I'm already overwhelmed by the details, and the cost!
