March 2006 Code Watch

BUMP - the AP rates are out for March!
does anyone know what the rates might be? Im debating buying an AP, if the discount justifies the price I might do it.
Here's the situation....I work at Disney Store. I still have some 1 day passes left over from when Disney still owned us, plus I get 3 one-day passes from Children's Place. So that gives me 7 days for one adult, but I will still need tickets for my dh and ds.
I can get a friends & family CM hotel rate, or I can buy an AP for DH and get a hotel discount that way. It all depends on what will end up costing the least amount of $$$

If you can give me your dates and hotel choice (room view too, if you know that), I would be happy to check the BRP rate for AP for you :earsboy: .

WHAT Is BRP please? If AP rates are out, does that mean FL resident rates are out?

Soupermom,

BPD was a code open to all for room only ressies from 1/1 - 4/15 2005. It expired at that time and since then Disney has started the Best Rate game for AP holders with few if any general codes going to the public. This is why I locked in the AAA rate so early, it may be the best I can do.

We are going March 2-March 10 and don't have rooms or airfare yet. But, I do have my ADRs. What would happen if I tried to book AP and didn't pick up the AP until I arrived in March? We buy ours at SOG and I don't think they will mail them out.

I would love to stay at the Poly again, but it looks like it will be a split stay between Dolphin and SOG. DH has a conference at Dolphin for the first few days. I don't think I can afford Poly, even with an AP discount, during this time of the year.

We also fly out of Bismarck, like vfb2girls. The plane fare for the flights I want is $1079 per person!! For some yucky flights, the cheapest I can get right now is $680. We have some frequent flyer miles, but will have to use all of them on Rulebuster fares and that will still only get us 2 tickets. The airfare is breaking our bank so I'm afraid I will have to stay at a cheaper hotel.

Hey MOMOFMNM! We are also booked at SOG Mar 18-24.
March 2004 I actually was able to book CBR for only $4 more a night than SOG - I'm hoping for some of that magic again this time!

We are on DCL Western Mar 11-18...by the time I schlep my family across the CONTINENT we are going to stay for a while!

COOL!!!
We can not get a mod unless it is POR due to our family size so SOG was our only option or offsite for a peak season trip...
geeesh...can't wait to get back in the off season and save $$$$ !!!!
we should still have a good time...
