Well guys I was diagnosed with pneumonia today so I'd appreciate get well good thoughts! I want to be better and enjoy the sun....soon!

K Connor I will fully admit I have started planning our 2016 vacation! We won't be cruising but I find planning will help with the inevitable post disney depression after this trip!

So, when we booked this 2015 cruise (while on our 2014 cruise), we already had our 2016 cruise planned as well! This time around we'll probably be looking ahead to 2017 if everything holds to form!

To be honest, the 2016 cruise was an easy one to figure out for us. We want to go to Alaska on our next Disney Cruise, and were thinking about going this summer. However, for the past 5 years my daughter and I have been participating in a father/daugher program that culminates with a 10 day backpacking trip to Colorado this summer. After spending 5 years building up to it, we couldn't miss Colorado, so we had to postpone Alaska until next year. So, 2016 is already on the schedule. Now, about 2017....

We have our summer vacation in the planning stages, and have discussed next year's spring break vacation. It looks like my husband really wants to go to Costa Rica, but I want to go to England, so we'll have to figure out which of us wins out on that discussion! My son is concerned, as we didn't go to WDW last year, and we're not going this year, so he really wants to go either in the summer (never again!!!) or next year. I'm thinking we might have to fit in a WDW vacation in there somewhere!

Hi all we are excited to be joining this group! This will be our 2nd cruise on the Magic! I have a DD 17, DD 12, DD 8. We would love to join the latecomers FE! We did it last time and my girls would race to the door to see if there were any goodies! So it is something we were worried about getting to do again since we were adding so late. Super excited there is a late group! So excited to be cruising with you all! We just got assigned our rooms so I will add those once I see what they are!

We are on this cruise too This will be our 4th Disney cruise. We have been on the Fantasy and Magic doing Eastern and Wonder for Mexican Riviera. I have been hoping to get the kids on a Western so this is perfect. My daughter will be 17 on this cruise and she REALLY wanted to do DCL again before she turned 18 because she loved the Vibe on the Fantasy. I also have DS that will be 13 by sail date.

We were also on the same cruise as 3Goofys in 2013 on the Fantasy I believe. I remember the name. I usually read more then responding so I may not seem as interested but I am here .

We like to dress up in my family. My son has always worn coat and tie for formal night and nice shirt and khakis for dress casual. My daughter loves formal night. I am usually in a standard black cocktail dress for formal but also in some kind of nice sundress or nice pants/capris or cruise casual. My husband wears a nice suit for formal (no tux, did that on another cruise line but not Disney). There is a huge mix of outfits including tuxes on formal night. I have noticed things seem to have gotten more casual over the years and feel like we are more dressed then others on cruise casual nights.

We have never done the Fish Extenders. Each cruise I always want to try but then life gets in the way. I am hoping to do it this time.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone over the next year!

My family is also going to be on the Magic the same time. We have a daughter 16 and 2 years ago she did not really go to the vibe. Did your daughter find it easy to meet people? Did she do a lot with the kids she meet ? Any info would be great.

My daughter loved the Vibe on past cruises. She made lots of friends and keeps in touch with several of them. She is worried about this cruise though but only because she really liked the set up of the Vibe on the Fantasy. She thinks the Magic looks blah compared to that. But, she is keeping an open mind and she is pretty social so I think it will be fine. I'm glad to see more girls her age on this sailing! Just make sure your daughter gets the first night when everyone is new and getting to know each other.

Thanks for the information. My daughter was wondering if they just kind of Hang out in the Vibe or are there actual things planned for them? We noticed a teem adventure on Castaway Cay. We thought about signing up for that but have not so far. I was hoping there will be a few girls her age on board so she can have a fun with a few people her age.
