Oh, forgot-I have everything I need purchased and sitting on my dining room table. My carryon is already packed but not my suitcase-bought some really cool suit bags (cheap, cheap) for us to carry on our dress clothes for dinner the first night just in case our luggage doesn't make it to our room on time.

I'm about ready to get all the odds and ends I've been collecting for the last 290 days and see what's left to scavange. I've been picking up this and that for so long, I don't remember what is in the bags anymore!! It'll be like Christmas morning!!!!

Greeting to everyone. My 9 year old son and I are going to be on that trip. It's a bit of a Congrats gift for him. He's had a really rough 15 months. I can't wait. I really have no idea what to expect.

Anyone from Canada going to be there? It would be great to meet up with some fellow Canucks.

I can't wait either. This is about the only thing that my son is talking about. I booked through a travel agent and have yet to receive anything from Disney about our plans, seating or anything else. Anyone know when I should receive it?

The only thing we've received is a phone call from DCL to book Palo and Spa stuff and an email confirmation fron our TA. Hope our stuff comes soon too!

We are also from Ontario by the way!
How are you all getting to Orlando?

My TA said that we should recieve our docs about 2 weeks before we are set to cruise. I thought you couldn't book Palo or the Spa until you boarded the ship. These are two things that I really want to do. Can I just call DCL and books these things myself beforehand?

I didn't think that we could pre-book anything at the spa untill we were on ship. I can't wait for some time at the spa.

Since it is only DH and I (first time on vac. alone in 20 years!) I booked the REAS pkg. They allow Palo and spa bookings ahead of time as part of the package.

I have been burning up my TA's email. She is probly sticking pins in my doll!! I haven't received anything from her yet, I'm a little nervous about it. I'm ready to have all my ducks in a row; stacked by the front door preferably!!

We are doing kindof a switched sea/land vacation, we booked almost a year ago, I hope we still get the dreammaker package and not the myway tickets. Next time (yes, already thinking of next time) I'm booking this stuff myself, so I'll be able to get info from Disney. Disney told me that I had to get the info from the TA, the TA says Disney will know - ARRRG

Im not going to let it get me down though - I can't wait to fly out and begin this totally kick-butt vacation!!!!

How'd that Palo ressie go? Spa treatments too??? I wanna call from DCL!!!

Waltoncru-are you doing land/sea/land? We are as well but booked all components separately.

The ressies went great-got what we wanted and at the times we requested-how awesome is that! Now we won't have to run around on board first thing. We are taking the DCL transfers from the resorts so we aren't sure what time we get picked up or when we arrive at the terminal. I had heard that it's not until after noon?

We've got a couple of nights at the HRH, US - then the cruise!!!! - then 3 nights at the Beach Club. We are using Disney transfers to get to the Port. From HRH to the Airport, to Disney shuttle to Port. Then Port to BC on Thursday. I'm not sure about the times to be honest, but I had heard noon as well.

Did you book yourself, or TA? Have you already gotten your tickets for WDW? If so were they the old hopper style, or the new all day park ones?

I've got my Gatorland tickets!! (Hubby SOOOO wants one of those goofy foam alligator hats ) It's beginning to feel REAL!!!

We did book the cruise through a TA (with transfers from/to BC before and after). We have annual passes so got the rooms at AP rates.
So far we only have email confirmations that our payments have been received-nothing else.
Impatiently waiting...........

We are a party of 7, and all of our cruise docs arrived yesterday. I had thought they would come through our booking TA, but these appear to have arrived directly from DCL, via UPS. Has anyone else gotten theirs yet?

Have to admit that I am starting to get a little nervous.

wow!! docs already?? how exciting, i hope ours comes SOON!!!! I can't believe it's getting SOOO close!! I thought i'd be all prepared by now, have everything we need purchased, i'm astonished at how much still needs to be done!!

Both ours and our in laws came in the day before yesterday. We are down to about 3 weeks now!!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!!!

Are the documents complicated? Lots of stuff to fill out? did they send all kinds of cool information like current movies, etc?
Does everyone have thier own packet, even kids?
