March 09 trip questions

Hi all,

We may be making a trip to Florida for spring break 09. The guys would go down to Cardinal's spring training and would drop us (the girls) in WDW. We have been to Disney several times, but never without transportation. We would be on a budget and would probably stay at the Pop or ASMovies. Here are the questions.
1. Are there ever codes for value resorts in mid -March?
2. Is Pop or ASMovies harder to find availability.?
3. How is transportation? We normally just used our own van to go from resort to park.

this year there was free hopping and free water parks in the very beginning of March. Most 2009 packages wont be out til the summer. I would POP over any of the all stars.

We wouldn't be there until the 15th. I'm hoping that since Easter is later there may be codes for mid-March. I'll just keep my fingers crossed.
