Marceline to MK tour and ECV

Is the Marceline to Magic Kingdom tour accessible in an ECV or so you need to be mobile. If not is there a place to park it during the tour

Usually the tour descriptions say if a participant needs to be ambulatory or may remain in wheelchair or ECV. Check there!
