Marceline to Magic tour this past December

We planned to do the Marceline to Magic tour on our trip this past December, had our tickets all set. Then we found out that Haunted Mansion, which is part of the tour would be closing down for a short Refurb of sorts shortly after we arrived. One of my DD24's fave rides. So, we did get to go on it before it closed for the rest of our visit, but it closed right before our scheduled tour. We called to see if they'd be replacing the HM part of the tour with something else but of course they didn't know anything. We decided to cancel the tour for that trip and go next time. First, because HM is a fave and we were looking forward to it, and second because losing 20 min of the tour took some of the value away. Anyway, I've been wondering what ended up happening with the tour, if they substituted something for the HM part of the tour, or just skipped over it and had a shorter tour. Did any Dissers do the tour this past December at that time, or hear anything about what they ended up doing? TIA!!

Can't answer your question but the HM was a HUGE part of the tour when we did it, I think you were wise to postpone it.

Thanks, appleorchard, that's interesting and good to hear we made the right decision on canceling! We wondered if we made the right decision. Also wondered if we should have kept it to see what it was replaced with, if that would have been something not regularly available anywhere, lol. But, definitely glad we decided to do on our next trip instead!
