John is doing Goofy this year so is planning on getting a massage after the half to help his legs recover for the full. Since neither one of us did this last year we thought we would come to the experts for some advice......
I believe the cost is $10 for 10 min.; $20 for 20 min; etc. Is this correct?
Do you think 20 min is long enough or should John get 30 min?
Do you tip the person giving the massage? If so, is the stardard 15-20%?
Do you just go to the massage tent & wait in line or do you sign in?
If you sign in, do you have to stay right there or can you go walk around a bit & come back?
Is the wait usually long? (John will be coming in towards the back of the pack)
Any other tips and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

, vaseline and biofreeze leftover goo, and can't forget the blisters on the feet. I think showering first makes it a more pleasant experience!!!
The $10 for 10 min or $20 for 20 min massage tent sounds pretty awesome -- and pretty hassle free. By the way, the therapists really did not seem to care how gnarly the runners are--it just bothered ME!
