Registered for my 1st half marathon and a kid race for my son. We both did our 1st 5k this past weekend during the star wars half. My son said it was too long! I am a bit nervous.

It should be the same.anyone here have any news about how smooth or not the registration is ? we signed up for wine and dine and the process was supper easy, just wondering if it will be the same or not , Thanks !
It took me 9 minutes to get in...I already have an Active.com account and was logged in before so it was easy breezy!anyone here have any news about how smooth or not the registration is ? we signed up for wine and dine and the process was supper easy, just wondering if it will be the same or not , Thanks !
As long as you get online right away when registration opens on the 26th you shouldn't have a problem.Has anyone had any luck signing up for 10K not with early registration. I went in tonight as I couldn't get to it earlier today and Early registration was sold out. I am planning on logging in on the 26th but just don't want to miss out. I am soo bummed and mad at myself but am at a conference so was busy most of the day.
Thanks for the quick response, I have a calendar reminder to get in early. I was very surprised that I couldn't get in tonightAs long as you get online right away when registration opens on the 26th you shouldn't have a problem.

Glad you got it to work! That sounds incredibly frustrating.I kept getting an error message from the Active site when I went in through the annual pass holder place. It went from the running man que screen to a list of races but when I pushed the race it just gave an error message. This happened from my desk top and my iphone. I then switched to the DVC site and was able to get in easily with no error messages. By the time I did all that the 10k was "on hold" and then (after a lot of refreshing)sold out. I was able to register for the 1/2. I will try again for the 10k on the 26th.
It's usually general registration.Has any one seen anything about when training shirts go on sale? Is it usually when general registration opens?
