Congratulations to the half finishers!
Thank you! He's in a soft cast now so hard cast in about a week. Thankfully it was a pretty minor break, so it should be a easy heal.So sorry to hear that. Will it be able to just set in a regular cast?
Hope today goes better for you.
Congratulations. The humidity made it a pretty warm one out there, not the easiest conditions for your first half marathon.
This is actually his second broken arm - different arm. So he's getting to be a pro at this.I think it is almost a badge of honor at that age!
That is true but it was nice the clouds kept the sun away at least.Congratulations. The humidity made it a pretty warm one out there, not the easiest conditions for your first half marathon.
It's funny how perceptions vary based on where you're from and what you're used to. I was just sitting here thinking this was by far the coolest, most comfortable half marathon I've run!
The same guy that won the 5K won the 10K and then won the Half! He is running Dopey so let's see if he can sweep!
Jeff Galloways son came in second today.

Half completed - 1:43:11
Just need to run a 4:09 or less tomorrow to meet my goal of a sub-7 hour Dopey.
FYI, they closed corral B at 5:30 but were willing to still let people in.
does anyone know what time they let corral p go today?
The humidity impacted me as well (CT boy), but still had a good time and modified my pace to accommodate. Waiting for the fog to lift so I can nap at the pool! Not that I can't nap in the fog.....just makes it a little bit more rewarding in the sun!Congratulations. The humidity made it a pretty warm one out there, not the easiest conditions for your first half marathon.

Just finished a leisurely half marathon with lots of character stops. GPS had us at 14 milesfrom starting line to finish. I have the rain yesterday to thank for my blisters developing on my two smallest toes on my right foot. That won't be much fun tomorrow; but I'm 3/4 done and almost halfway to the finish line!
