Well it's Monday of race week and we only have a few easy runs left, so all we have left to worry about is the weather and travel. Hope everyone has a safe trip!
QOTD: Based on the current forecast posted earlier today. Will the weather require you to make any adjustments to your current running plans and goals?
ATTQOTD: I was originally planning to bring just 3 hydration bottle with my fuel belt, but with a muggy start, I am leaning towards adding a 4th. I know they have plenty of water stations along the course, but I have not mastered drinking from them. I more or less just get a small sip out of it. I am also thinking of adjusting my goal from a 7:45 pace to a 8:00 pace. If I feel good after mile 15 I may try to pick it up. The last thing I will do is get a easy run in the morning before the marathon just to loosen up and see how it is running in much warmer temps then what we are having currently.
