I'm trying to decide where I want to do my post-marathon celebration in the parks. I'm sure it will be at an establishment with cocktails - so first round will be on me!

Alright missed out in entering 5k for the 9 year old.
Have tried all night (in Australia) with travel providers. Any ideas? (Apart from him just joining in and not getting medal- ha ha)

Keels: I wanted to tell you I logged in through the RunDisney link at about 20 after and was in the que for 27 minutes... So it's interesting to see that people in front and in back of my login time had shorter waits.

..... And I don't know if I should thank you or curse you for posting the shirt links!.... I might have to get one,.... My family doesn't know I registered for the Goofey. Exactly how should I break that news?!?! Lol!

Just a quick update on the registration saga... As I posted yesterday, I called RunDisney prior to noon EST to confirm my illegal registration would be cancelled and then registered again properly. I checked the confirmation website this morning and my illegal registration is now marked "refunded/cancelled" with my legal registration listed second. No refund to my card yet, but I'm sure that will take a few days.

Edited to add: I've always been a rule follower and now I know why.

Agreed - honestly, I don't want to irk anyone that did register early but I'm glad rD went through and canceled them (though, really...what a screw-up on their part in the first place to have registration available like that!).

Really I'm not sure it was ever an option NOT to cancel them - can you imagine the mess if registration officially opened and the 10K was already sold out or whatever?!

We are quickly assembling a group of talented runners for Dopey 2018 and would gladly welcome you to join us. A good time will be had by all. Only 983 days from today!
Dopey 2018. 5 year anniversary. It's gonna be epic.

That's my plan is to finally do Dopey in 2018. I'm already stressed out about getting a spot for that one. That will be a completely insane registration day.

Congrats to all of you who got in! I'm really excited for you all and living through you vicariously.
