I did a quick search and didn't find any answers. If I do the one day Memory Marker would that include Marathon photos for that day?

Yes you just enter in your run Disney photo code.

Are there a lot of photographers? I just bought the package (stupidly ... Would have been cheaper to do 2 individual days) hope it is worth it.

Yes they are all over the course and at most character stops.
