I posted this in the dining thread and no responses, so I figured I'd try here:

So it's 90 days out until the marathon and I called to make reservations. I'll only be down 1 day before the marathon, so I'll only need 1 day for pre-marathon food. For those of you who have done the marathon, or are planning on joining me in 2010, where are you eating? DHS has early morning hours so we're planning on going there early, then hitting up the expo. Any suggestions on where to eat? Should we just do QS or book a sit down? We're planning on doing dinner at the Poly, where we're staying, getting some quick service, and perhaps some sushi (yes I know, could be dangerous, but we eat sushi, at least once a week, often more, so we've been training with it.

Thank you!

We are planning on eating at the Olive Garden off site the night before the marathon. When I was there in 2008 we ate at the POR food court. They have a pasta bar. It was pretty good, but I made the mistake of getting the pesto sauce which was very delicious but quite garlicky. Didn't sit well in an already nervous stomach. I think you'll be able to find something to eat at the Poly QS.

Good luck,
Cindy

I've never run an endurance race before, so I don't really know what I'm doing. I made ressies for Coral Reef for an early dinner the day before the race. Do you think this will be a problem?
