thanks ranidayz. What part of Maryland are you in? We moved from MD a couple of years ago. We lived in a really small town -Clarksburg. It is near Germantown/Gaithursburg. We liked the area just not the traffic.

I think I'm going to pull out the suitcase today!! Actually I never put it away from our Christmas Disney trip. But DH is cleaning his closet and I spied a couple of his tropical shirts that I am going to go ahead and pack. I need to have the kids try on summer clothes, and we are making a trip to the mall today to spend Christmas money on some cruise wear. I got a cute dress for formal night for DD10 at Justice on clearance before Christmas and I am all set (thank-you, QVC!)... not sure what the guys are going to do, however.

I have two sunscreens and a face stick... looks like for our family of 4 we might need 3 or 4 more?

Have brunch and a dinner booked at Palo, and booked the sky tram thing in St. Thomas. A friend just got back from a cruise on another line that went to St. Thomas and she said they just took a cab to Magens Beach... anyone planning on doing that and not a DCL excursion?

I'm sorry we won't be participating in the FE exchange... I just don't have room for single other thing on my to-do list.

We are also thinking of taking a cab to Maegan's beach on St Thomas. The tram up the hill looks like fun as well but I've heard that you can just walk there from the ship and don't need to make a reservation ahead of time.

We are heading up to our cottage today to pick up some of the "summer" things we will need on the cruise, such as flipflops, water shoes, etc.

I can't wait to pull the suitcases out and really pack for the cruise. Only 56 more sleeps!

I got the suitcases out yesterday and am starting to toss things into them. My wife thinks I"m bizarre for starting to pack so early, but I like being prepared.

The tram thing in St. Thomas looks great! We're also doing the butterfly house there. I think it will be easy to combine the two and just have an easy unscheduled day.

Well, DD is all packed. We made a trip to Justice, American Eagle, and Payless this morning and got all kinds of amazing clearance deals combined with discounts and gift cards and she has a new summer wardrobe

We did pick up a pair of shorts for DS, so he is not left out.

I was going to print off my own but when I enlarge them the resolution is not very good. Any tips?? Right now the ones I have were created here on the magnets thread and I just saved them to a word document.

But not a lot to see from outside - it's a white floating condo.

I came up alongside it last year on a Carnival Freedom cruise.

I usually get one that is an 11x14 - and it always says the picture quality is too low and it turns out fine. Then I get a bunch at varying smaller sizes. This year I had a coupon for a free 8x8 photo book, so I put a picture on every other page and then just disassembled the book, put the pages in lamination sheets and am putting magnets on as we speak.

Hi all! Glad to hear that everyone is busy packing!

I just booked our precruise stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites at Cocoa Beach. Anyone else staying there on the Friday night?

We are booked at the Courtyard for Thursday & Friday nights. If we get into MCO early enough, I thought we'd head over to Fishlips and watch the Wonder depart.

I've started sorting through the summer stuff, only to learn (of course!) that DD has outgrown much of it. I haven't even dared try my stuff on!

I'm also getting ruthless in the planning since we have 'no carry-on' rules for flying into the U.S., which means we'll be making a Target run to pick up sunscreen and other stuff once we land.

Oh, and I have our fish extender half completed now. I shudder to think what I've spent on it, but the planning and the hunting for supplies has been a lot of fun. It'll make a cool keepsake for DD's room too.

The door magnet and pillow projects are yet to come!
