Maps with room locations?

Can anyone help me out on this one?

I've heard and read of people making specific room requests for Disney resorts, even exact room numbers. Are there any resort maps online that are this detailed? If so where can I find them? I'm particularly interested in Wilderness Lodge.

I've never seen one for WL, but if you look at the FAQ thread for WL, you will find a pretty good description of the resort with what room numbers you can find where.

Also, the BC FAQ thread does have a room map and I know I've seen a map of AKL with groups of room numbers...maybe at www.allearsnet.com.

If you ask for a specific room number or for anything too specific, you will very likely be disappointed. Anything too specific is just disregarded as it's too hard for them to meet. Unless a request is for medical reasons (like non-smoking room for an athsmatic), requests are just that: requests, with no guarantee of fulfillment. All the rooms are nice, so just give them a general idea of what you would like, like "upper floor" or "left of the central courtyard" or "far from lobby", something like that where they have some hope of being able to accommodate you. Everyone wants the "perfect" view; try to give them something that they can meet.

As for maps of the resorts, I'd go with AllEarsNet, by all means.
