Maple Glazed Salmon
4 skinless salmon filets
4 Tbs. Low sodium soy sauce
¼ c. Sugar free maple syrup
1 Tbs. Fresh grated ginger (or jarred ginger)
1 tsp. Sesame oil
Crushed red pepper
Cooking spray
Set oven to Broil
Combine soy sauce, syrup, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl
Line broiler pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
Place salmon on broiler pan
Brush salmon with sauce
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper
Broil until salmon flakes with a fork
You can experiment with the amounts of the sauce ingredients. Some people may like a sweeter sauce, some a saltier sauce - play around with it! The sauce is also excellent on broiled or grilled chicken.
