Can anyone tell me where on the Saratoga Map are the Tree House Villas going to be..?? We stayed in Congress Park in August and im thinking they wont be anywhere in that area.. i know its off in the woods but whereabouts..

I don't have a map, but the way I would describe them is beyond the Grandstand, along the river... so no, not near Congress Park but on the other side of the Carriage house.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but aren't they along the river between SSR and OKW.

If you've ever taken a boat from DTD past SSR up the river towards OKW or Port Orleans - you can see where the old Treehouses are. That's where the THV will be. They're off in the woods, in the general direction of Epcot and TL vs the directions of the Reedy Creek firestation with the cool hose fountain or DTD and the Hotel Plaza hotels.

If you were leaving the front entrance of OKW you would take a right on the DVC lane/road/street, whatever its called. As you're on this road heading towards SSR you would pass it on the right hand side. The link posted right above will show you SSR but if you move the map to the right, making the view go to the left, than you'll be able to see a forrested area and a oval road called Treehouse lane.....or way....or road.

OKW is on the left, SSR is on the right and THV is in the middle. Use the + and - to zoom in.

I am thinking I would like to check them out one day before/after our cruise. Are they doable without a car though? Are there centrally located buses or shuttles?

Yes, there will be a bus route thru the THV area. A boat dock is also planned for transportation to DD.

Doesn't look like there is much of a path you can use to go from the THV to SSR. There's a fairway in the way! I do see the little walkway for the golfers, so I'm hoping they do a little something to make it not seem like you're in the way of the golfers!
