Manta track arrived!

Manta the new roller coaster is actually having its track built now, hopefully things will move along quickly now so there'll be a bit more to see! Here's some photos

When is it due to open? We are planning to go again in Aug 2009, that would be great to have another coaster.

Still only down as 2009 opening but I would guess it will be summer time. We go July so hoping it will be open then. Few more updates yesterday.

We will be there May 13th 09, I really hope manat is ready by then! Have Seaworld released a date they hope it to be finished by?

I saw the track this past week. It's going to be awesome. There will be live rays that the coaster glides past and also a new rays exhibit.

I've got more news, Seaworld have released video of the track stored at the side of the I4. Wish they'd give a clue when next year it will open, spring or summer is my bet.

Looks identical to "Air" at Alton Towers UK.Which is an amazing ride. I can't wait to experience it in September 2010. The Seaworld twist should be (as always) stunning.

Crap...now on top of having AP's to Universal and Disney, I will have to buy an AP to Sea World to take advantage of the passholder previews. I can't wait for Manta to open!

Current estimate is that Manta will not be opening before June 2009 and that is if they do not fall behind on the construction schedule.
